Thanks for the video. I bought a preselling unit in Vireo because I plan to use it as a base whenever I visit PI. My advise to prospective buyers, especially if you are based abroad, is to do your research and ask yourself if this is what you really wanted. (Real estate can be a liability). If this is what you want, make sure you have a good trusted agent. A referral from a friend is not enough. Because, once you put in your big down payment, they got you by your "balls". My agent stopped responding to my emails a few months later. I have to make a trip to PI to visit their main office just to get answers. Online customer service in AQWIRE (Ayaland's financial arm) is pathetic. No response to my emails at all. They'll be out of business if they are based here in the US. You are better off just flying to PI and take care of business there. God bless the Philippines.

I really like to watch this but it's a difficult one to watch because the thoughts of the guest kept getting interrupted by the host. It would really be nice if the guest could speak uninterrupted once a question is asked. Pero Asianlife pa name nila noon. kakagamit ko lang sya this year, and nakatulong talaga sya kasi wala ako work at that time. So chill lang pagdating sa hospital fees. <3

Arca South! The best! Watch it in 5 years! No to eyesore skyscrapers! No to more cars! Yes to more walking and more spaces. BGC is already congested, ugly high rise buildings with unaffordable prices. Arca South is all midrise buildings as the more “exclusive community for less price”. It’s the new “young urban” community. The midrise is so unique and has a charm to it. Location is very promising. Value over time!

Absolutely better than BGC! I love midrise buildings only. It’s very charming. BGC and other development are filled with skyscrapers which is a turn-off. This community is built for people and less cars! Love it similar to NYC! It’s near BGC, Makati and even Alabang!
